Transdigital event Mons
Het interregionaal netwerk Transdigital, waar Vooruit deel van uitmaakt (zie introductie), organiseert een seminarie in Mons op woensdag 29 en donderdag 30 april. Het thema van de tweedaagse bijeenkomst is interactiviteit en nieuwe digitale content. Deelname is gratis en staat open voor iedereen die in zijn praktijk mogelijkheden ziet voor nieuwe toepassingen, platformen en ideeën.
The interregional Transdigital network, which Vooruit is part of (see introduction), will organize a seminar in Mons on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 April. The theme of the two-day conference is interactivity and new digital content. Participation is free and open to everyone who is looking to implement new applications, platforms and ideas.

Enerzijds verlaten we steeds meer de klassieke omgang met media, anderzijds worden die media steeds mobieler inzetbaar. Vanuit de drie betrokken regio’s (Vlaanderen, Wallonië, Noord-Frankrijk) stellen experts tijdens het seminarie projecten voor die oplossingen aanreiken voor intuïtieve en mobiele omgang met media in de meest verschillende omgevingen. Onderzoekers, ontwikkelaars en artiesten kunnen er kennismaken met de ontwikkelingen. Daarna kunnen ze de mogelijkheden tot samenwerking eigenhandig verkennen.
As we move further and further away from the classic use of media, these media have become more and more mobile. At this seminar, experts from the three involved regions (Flanders, Wallonia and Northern France) will propose projects offering solutions for intuitive and mobile use of media in diverse surroundings. Researchers, developers and artists will be introduced to new developments. On top of that they will be able explore cooperation possibilities.
